You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, email our support team at support@theeyecue.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the process. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to help. You can request an exchange for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the original item, your replacement will be shipped out.
If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain products such as custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
